the sun did not explode today

Sonja Ringo is a Canadian poet and author of two poetry collections, Where the Beetle Went for Lunch and mortal atlas. Her third book is anticipated to arrive early 2025 [!!]

Ringo's work deals with themes of transcendentalism, grief and loss, mysticism and the nature of existence. When not writing, she can be found haunting little-known corners of the globe or beneath an old cedar in her backyard near Nelson, BC, pondering how she is both a grain of sand and a universe.
